We are excited to announce that the University of Washington's primary Engineering recruiting event for Fall 2023 is going VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON

Thursday, October 12th (Virtual) & Tuesday, October 17th (In-person), 2023

11:30am - 3:30pm

SEBA’s Science & Engineering Career Fair is the largest recruiting event held on the UW campus, attracting over 3000 students and 170 companies last year. With 15+ years of success, this student-run career fair is widely recognized among UW students and highly anticipated yearly. We are excited to host this invaluable recruiting opportunity and look forward to your involvement in 2023 virtually or in person. Registration will be opening soon in early June, so please stay tuned!

Virtual Fair Logistics

The 2023 Science and Engineering Career fair will run similarly to years past with some changes due to moving online

 

  • Employers can have up to 15 representatives

  • Representatives will meet one-on-one via video with students attending 

  • Each one-on-one will be held in 10 min time slots

  • There will be an opportunity to schedule time slots and set qualifications prior to the fair, more details to come!

 

Prior to the fair, training resources are available to familiarize employers with the new system. Click below to learn more.

In-Person Fair Logistics

The 2023 In-person Science and Engineering Career Fair will run similarly to our in-person fairs in the past. Each company's registration will include:

  • Up to 2 participating representatives from your company (we will charge $50 for each additional representative and max 2 additional reps are allowed, email careerfair@uwseba.org to request)

  • One booth with room for promotional items

  • Free parking

  • Free shuttle from the parking lot before, after, and during the fair (9 AM - 5 PM)

  • Free breakfast and lunch

  • More information on the fair will be provided closer to the fair starting date

Virtual Registration Costs

Corporations:  $500 

Government/non-profit:  $400

  • Please be sure to include any/all contacts on your initial registration who should receive pre-fair communications; for example, contacts who are responsible for payment

  • Payment instructions will be included on your email invoice
