With 15+ years of success, this student-run career fair is widely recognized among UW students and highly anticipated yearly.

In-Person Fair Logistics

The 2023 In-person Science and Engineering Career Fair will run similarly to our in-person fairs in the past. Each company's registration will include:

Up to 2 participating representatives from your company (we will charge $50 for each additional representative and max 2 additional reps are allowed, email careerfair@uwseba.org to request)
One booth with room for promotional items
Free parking
Free shuttle from the parking lot before, after, and during the fair (9 AM - 5 PM)
Free breakfast and lunch
