ELIGIBILITY​
-
Team lead must be a current University of Washington student. Additional team members from outside of UW are permitted.

The proposed product or idea must be science and/or technology-based.

Presented by SEBA and the Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship of the UW Foster School of Business, the Science & Technology Showcase allows students to explore the commercialization potential of their science- and technology-based ideas.
Teams present to an audience of fellow scientists and engineers, MBA students, and a panel of judges that includes prominent entrepreneurs and investors from the Seattle business community.
​
Prizes range from $200 to $2,000. Previous winners have gone on to launch startup companies.
​
STS will be followed by a Networking Hour open to the public where teams may recruit additional members for the Hollomon Health Innovation Challenge, Alaska Airlines Innovation Challenge, and Dempsey Startup Competition.
