SEBA’s Science & Engineering Career Fair is the largest recruiting event held on the UW campus, attracting over 3000 students and 170 companies last year. It is geared towards uniting the best and brightest science and engineering students with the top companies of the Pacific Northwest and across the nation. With 15+ years of success, this student-run career fair is widely recognized among UW students and highly anticipated yearly.

This year, we are also providing in-person information sessions (Oct 14) and interview rooms (Oct 17) on campus. These spaces can be reserved at additional costs. Additionally, we are offering opportunities for sponsorship.
We are excited to host this invaluable recruiting opportunity and look forward to your involvement in 2023 in person.

Fair Registration
Standard Rate: $1,095.00
Non-Profit / NGO Rate: $995.00
Each company's registration will include:

Up to 2 participating representatives from your company (we will charge $50 for each additional representative. Max 2 additional representatives are allowed. Email careerfair@uwseba.org to request.)

One booth with a 6-ft table, two chairs, and room for promotional items

Late Payment Fees
If registration is not paid by Friday, September 27, 2024, a late payment fee of $100 may be applied to avoid booth forfeiture.
Government/state entities are exempt from the late payment fee.

Cancellation Policy
Before Friday, September 27, 2024: Full refund
Before Thursday, October 10, 2024: Half refund
After Thursday, October 10, 2024: No refund
Frequently Asked Questions
How do we ship our materials to the exhibition site prior to the event?
Your materials will be stored at the warehouse of our events management partner, CORT, and transported to your booth before the event.

Inbound shipping before the fair:
For inbound packages, using the carrier of your choice, please send packages to:

All shipments must be pre-paid or they will not be accepted. Clearly label the package exterior with your company name. Please keep track of your package; if possible, require a signature upon delivery.
Materials must be received by the end of Friday, Oct 11th, 2024 to ensure proper delivery to the career fair.

Outbound shipping after the fair:
Outbound shipment of materials after the career fair is available if your materials were delivered through CORT. After the fair, you may leave your packages at your booth bearing your pre-paid return shipping label outside for return shipping.
The materials will then be delivered through SEBA using FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. A pre-paid shipping label is required.
I work in Government and cannot pay the registration fee until after the event occurs. Can we still participate in the Career Fair? Will we incur a late payment fee?
Yes, you can still participate in the Career Fair. When registering online, just indicate your payment method as "Check". You will also be able to print an invoice through your confirmation email. The late payment fee will be waived.
Will there be buses to take us to the Husky Union Building (HUB)?
Yes. Shuttles will be running between the campus parking lot and the HUB starting 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM on the day of the event. We will provide additional information regarding specific locations and have volunteers help with the directions on the day.
Can we provide a check as payment?
Yes. Registrants can pay via either check or credit card. When registering, just indicate your payment method as "Check" at the checkout. You will then be registered for the event.

To print the invoice, click on the appropriate link on your confirmation email. You should receive this confirmation email immediately after registering.
